Shipping

• US shipping via UPS (where available). International shipping via USPS Global Express Mail.
• Items shipped USPS will not have tracking numbers.
• International transactions please contact shipping@tekmatetools.com for further details.
• UPS does not ship to a P.O. box.
• Allow 1 week for processing and delivery.
• TekMate Tools is not responsible for typographical errors.

Warranty

If for any reason during the one year warranty period the software or hardware fails to function or perform reliably, at its option, TekMate Tools, L.L.C. will either replace or repair the equipment without charge, subject to limitations and conditions.
